SYSTEMIC COACHING

Coaching aims at clearing up and resolving career issues. The main difference to psychotherapy is that coaching focuses on resolving problems encountered in the career context and not on the processing of deeper, personal problems.

Systemic coaching is about the development of new perspectives, the identification of resources and the development of solutions. In coaching, the client is the expert in terms of content. The coach is the expert for shaping the solution-finding process.
